I would like to send a message of appreciation for the manner in which Allsure’s team handled my claim process. Whenever outstanding service has been given to me, I cannot keep quiet. From the initial contact to the collection of salvage items, they have been very courteous and professional.

My home is in the rural areas, and as a Pinetown resident myself, I can understand how long a drive it was for them to my house. But they came with a smile without the faintest inclination of fatigue after a 3hr drive. This achieved in the midst of Covid-19 and all the associated risks. I would like to single out Zelna for her attitude in finding my house in an unfamiliar rural terrain as a woman, when any other person would have had doubts about driving all this way. I felt very respected by her demeanour and interaction. She is gold.

In these staff members, you have amazing representatives that are doing an outstanding job. I did not know about Allsure but now, I would be telling my friends and colleagues about your company and staff. They must keep up the good work and most importantly the humanity that they showed me which I assume is shown to anyone they interact with.
